Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Owning multiple accounts under the same individual is a violation of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being closed, with any existing balances subject to forfeiture.
You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. ds4windows will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account via our support email.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Ds4windows users agree to use this platform solely for lawful and personal purposes. Using the platform for any illegal activity, fraud, money laundering, or any purpose that undermines the integrity of the platform is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Prohibited conduct on our platform includes:
- Using software, bots, or automated methods to manipulate games or bets.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with the platform's security systems.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another party.
- Submitting false claims or committing fraud in relation to bonuses or promotions.

Violations of any of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension, account closure, balance forfeiture, and reporting to the relevant authorities.
4. Payment & Transaction Information (MYR)
All financial transactions on the ds4windows platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We support a range of local payment methods, including internet banking, TNG eWallet, and FPX, to make deposits and withdrawals fast and convenient for Malaysian users.
Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes of payment confirmation. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the method selected and may take longer due to security checks. ds4windows reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal as a fraud prevention measure.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account details provided for withdrawals are accurate. ds4windows will not be held liable for any losses resulting from incorrect information submitted by the user. Any fees charged by third-party payment service providers are beyond ds4windows's control and will be borne by the user.
Bonuses and promotions offered by ds4windows are subject to their respective specific terms. Abuse or manipulation of the bonus system may result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.

Suspended or Closed Account Policy

In the case of a legitimate closure, any eligible balance will be refunded after deducting outstanding debts or commitments. Decisions regarding account closure made on the basis of a terms violation are final.

6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law

In the event of any conflict between the Bahasa Malaysia version and any other language version of these terms, the Bahasa Malaysia version shall prevail for users in Malaysia.
